As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Your responsibilities will encompass food preparation, customer service, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.
Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Sanitate work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers by providing friendly service and upselling menu items to enhance their dining experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed in the café or kitchen area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure quality control.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
