ARCA Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Adult Day Health Center Department. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting the health, safety, and well-being of older adults and individuals with chronic medical conditions while helping them remain active and engaged in their community.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor participant health status and report changes to the Registered Nurse and healthcare providers.
- Assist with participant assessments, care plans, and health screenings.
- Provide nursing care and health education to participants and families.
- Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and incidents.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nursing, social services, rehabilitation, dietary, and activities staff.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations.
- Promote participant dignity, independence, and quality of life.
QualificationsRequired:
- Active Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred:
- Experience in Adult Day Health, Home Health, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Geriatrics.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages) is a plus.
