SPIRAL International is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Management and Program Operations Assistant.
Play a pivotal role in managing the administrative functions of our organization while providing marketing and logistical support for our educational programs.
Position Details
- 15–20 hours per week
- Combination of in-person and remote work
- Regular office hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00–3:30 p.m. in Beavercreek Township
- Occasional evening and weekend hours as needed
- Hourly Rate: $15.00
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and office management duties
- Manage email communications and customer inquiries
- Maintain databases, records, and filing systems
- Assist with website and social media updates
- Support program planning, coordination, and events
- Participate in staff meetings
- Travel domestically and internationally with programs when needed
- Complete special projects and other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common computer applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Canva, WordPress, and social media management
- Background in education, school administration, or program management
- Experience with international education, study abroad, or student exchange programs
