Eco Masters Pest Control is looking for a proven sales professional to join our growing team.
This is not an entry-level sales position. We're looking for someone with a track record of closing deals, building relationships, and consistently exceeding goals.
You'll be meeting with homeowners who have requested service or need solutions for issues such as:
- Termite treatments
- General pest control
- Moisture control & crawlspace solutions
- Wildlife exclusion & home exclusions
- Additional home protection services
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners and provide professional inspections.
- Educate customers on the best solution for their home.
- Build trust and close sales with integrity.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Look for opportunities everywhere. Whether you're at an appointment, talking with a neighbor, networking, or out in the community, we expect our sales team to always be looking for new business. Great salespeople create opportunities—they don't just wait for them.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales success with measurable results.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to win.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in home services, pest control, HVAC, roofing, foundation repair, insurance restoration, or in-home sales is preferred—but top-performing salespeople from other industries are encouraged to apply.
- A true hunter mentality. You're the type of person who can't walk past an opportunity without starting a conversation.
