Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a friendly and efficient service experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions swiftly and correctly
- Maintain cleanliness by following sanitation procedures across all areas of the restaurant, including dining spaces, kitchen stations, and restrooms
- Prepare and handle food items in accordance with food safety management standards to ensure quality and safety for all guests
- Support food safety protocols by properly storing ingredients, preventing cross-contamination, and adhering to health regulations
- Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly to support smooth restaurant operations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service, resolve guest concerns promptly, and uphold our high standards of hospitality
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for all new team members
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems enhances your ability to serve guests efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities are essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
