Compensation / Good Faith Pay Range

Base compensation: $2600 per month

Commission and performance incentives paid under the dealership's compensation plan

Expected total annual earnings:$60,000-$120,000+ for employees meeting performance expectations. Top performers may earn more. Actual earnings will vary based on individual sales performance and other factors.
What You'll Do

Build relationships with customers and help them find the right vehicle.

Follow up with leads and set appointments.

Deliver an exceptional buying experience from greeting to delivery.

Maintain product knowledge and stay current on new models and technology.

Develop repeat and referral business through outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For
