Seed Production
- Monitor seed specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect seed for precision planting requirements.
- Operate production and warehouse equipment.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Load and unload materials.
- Maintain accurate production records.

Receive 9 weeks of guaranteed pay during the seasonal slowdown. You work one week on and one week off. 9 weeks plus 2 week vacation immediately.
We are looking for---->>
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Interest in farming, agriculture, manufacturing, or warehouse work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
