Aoki Group is seeking energetic and dependable Food Runners to support our front-of-house team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role serves as an important connection between the kitchen and dining room, ensuring food is delivered quickly, accurately, and with attention to presentation and detail. As part of Aoki Group, you’ll join a collaborative team with opportunities to grow across our diverse restaurant concepts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Verify dishes for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before delivery
- Assist with table maintenance and guest needs as requested by the service team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service stations and dining areas
- Support the team wherever needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stand and move throughout scheduled shifts
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
