Full-Time | Monday-Friday
This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with experience in construction, concrete work, manufacturing, or general labor who enjoy physical work and take pride in producing quality products.
As a Precast Concrete Production Worker, you will help manufacture precast concrete components by preparing molds, pouring and finishing concrete, handling materials, and ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
Prepare, clean, and assemble concrete molds and forms
Install reinforcing materials and embedded hardware according to specifications
Assist with pouring, placing, and consolidating concrete
Operate concrete vibrators to eliminate air pockets and ensure product quality
Screed, trowel, finish, patch, and repair concrete surfaces
Strip and remove finished products from molds
Perform grinding, touch-up work, and quality inspections
Safely move materials, molds, and finished products throughout the facility
Operate forklifts and other equipment (when certified/trained)
Assist with loading, unloading, and yard organization
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
✅ Experience in concrete work, construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or general labor preferred
✅ Ability to safely use hand and power tools
✅ Forklift experience is a plus
✅ Strong attendance, reliability, and a positive work ethic
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Commitment to workplace safety
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Work around heavy equipment and machinery safely
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Indoor/ outdoors manufacturing facility
Exposure to dust, noise, concrete materials, and changing temperatures
Required PPE includes steel-toed boots, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
