Act as the first point of contact for President
-
Answer incoming calls and direct them accordingly

Record notes and messages
- Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences
-
Schedule national and international travel arrangements including; itineraries, transportation, meals, & hotels
- Perform as a liaison between President and business partners and personal professionals
-
Manage personal and business calendar and appointment scheduling
-
Read and write correspondence in mail or email form
-
Provide administrative support
-
Conserve client’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.

Prepare meeting rooms for appointments, coordinates schedules, and greet customers and clients prior to meetings

Manage all donations and charities
-
Assist with purchases for different departments
-
Track and report all expenses from purchases for the Presidents Credit cards
-
Manage all gifts, recognition and condolence offerings for Officers
- Complete personal tasks. Such as: picking up dry cleaning, attending to pets, making restaurant reservations, getting coffee/meals, and scheduling all personal appointments

Managing Personal policies and accounts (insurance, credit, etc.)

Complete additional duties. Such as: organizing events and assisting with home duties.

Be Kleinfeld Ambassador for Tours to groups (Colleges, Universities, High Schools, businesses, and special guests)

Provide courteous service to all customers and associates in accordance with Kleinfeld Bridal Standards
- Be courteous and pleasant with all coworkers and supervisors

Ensure all company policies, procedures standards and service standards are fulfilled

Partner with the other departments and vendors to address issues or opportunities in a timely and productive manner

3 years’ experience as a personal and/or administrative assistant with the same employer preferred

Must sign an NDA/confidential agreement
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule

Ability to interact with high profile clients and executives

Must flex between personal and professional duties quickly and easily
