Salina Country Club is seeking friendly and professional Servers to join our team. The Server will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests by delivering high-quality service with attention to detail. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests promptly and courteously

Take accurate food and beverage orders while accurately and efficiently delivering exemplary service to dining members

Assist in set up and break down of dining areas for special events

Address any member or guest request or concern promptly and courteously
Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
-
Previous experience as a server or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or club environment is preferred

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong multi-tasking skills

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 25 pounds
