Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lab Computing Analyst to support Windows 11 upgrade and IT asset management projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows 11 deployments, hardware/software troubleshooting, laboratory computing environments, and IT asset management.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Windows 11 upgrades, imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and support computer hardware, peripherals, and laboratory systems.
- Support asset inventory, hardware tracking, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Manage tickets and documentation using ServiceNow and Jira.
- Maintain accurate asset records and support inventory reconciliation.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of IT support experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows 11 deployment and troubleshooting.
- Experience with SCCM, ServiceNow, and Jira.
- Hardware installation, imaging, and peripheral support.
- Asset management and inventory tracking experience.
- Laboratory or pharmaceutical IT experience is preferred.
