Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time

Town Hall Estates Arlington is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We are looking for a clinician who is committed to helping patients regain independence, improve mobility, and achieve meaningful functional outcomes.
Our therapy team provides high-quality, person-centered care in a collaborative environment. We focus on individualized treatment plans to support residents in reaching their highest level of function and improving quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans based on clinical direction
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
- Support patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercise programs and safety techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- SNF or Long-Term Care experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with Net Health documentation system is a plus
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
