Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse, Logistics, and Transportation Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving, storage, transportation and warehouse operations across multiple facilities. This role is responsible for maintaining efficient material movement, organized storage and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing products, materials and finished goods.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all shipping and receiving functions for both facilities.
- Oversee the receiving, storage and movement of materials, products and finished goods.
- Evaluation, modernization and continuous improvement of all material logistics operations to support accurate and efficient outcomes.
- Use computer systems and receiving programs to process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities with internal departments and external customers.
- Supervise shipping staff at both locations and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
- Supervise and maintain delivery trucks, including coordinating required maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers, including UPS Worldwide, freight companies and other delivery services.
- Prepare, review and track shipping documentation, bills of lading and related records.
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure materials are delivered, stored and distributed properly.
- Work closely with production, shop and management teams to support company-wide shipping needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized warehouse and shipping environment.
- Help improve shipping and receiving processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving management (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong computer skills and experience using receiving or inventory systems.
- Ability to lead and supervise staff across multiple locations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of freight carriers, shipping procedures and warehouse operations.
- Ability to manage delivery vehicles and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
PREFERRED:
- Experience coordinating with UPS, freight carriers and other shipping vendors.
- Experience managing multiple facilities or locations.
- Familiarity with warehouse storage systems and material handling processes.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
