Responsibilities
- Utilize AI-powered marketing platforms and CRM software to identify and engage prospective clients through warm calling and outbound outreach.
- Conduct consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that leverage sales automation technologies.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and effective client engagement across B2B (business-to-business) channels.
- Negotiate deals confidently, closing sales efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Implement and adopt new sales technology tools such as Salesforce Cloud, telemarketing systems, and other CRM system proficiency applications to streamline workflows.
- Develop business relationships through proactive follow-up, nurturing leads, and expanding existing accounts via strategic business development efforts.
- Track all interactions within CRM systems, maintaining detailed records of client communications, deal progress, and activity logs to ensure data accuracy and reporting clarity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales or inside sales roles with a focus on technology products or services.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities in English; capable of engaging clients effectively over phone communication channels.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software, including sales automation technologies and Salesforce Cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling, warm calling, telemarketing, and B2B sales environments.
- Experience with customer service excellence, call center operations, and business development activities.
- Knowledge of sales process management from lead generation to deal closing within a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to adopt new sales tools quickly and adapt to evolving sales technology adoption practices.
- Business development experience combined with a passion for marketing strategies that drive growth.

Pay: $51,716.04 - $140,000.00 per year
