As our Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and their furry friends. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and their dogs with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
- Managing check-ins and check-outs for daycare, boarding, and grooming services.
- Maintaining accurate records of client and pet information.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborating with our team to create a positive experience for every dog and owner.
We’re searching for someone who:
