We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Campton branch while helping shape its long-term success. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines team development, customer relationships, business development, financial management, safety, and operational oversight.
The Branch Manager will work closely with Field Managers, Project Managers, and other company leaders to ensure our employees have the support they need and our customers consistently receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations & Leadership
- Oversee the daily operations of the Campton branch and help develop strategies for future growth and success.
- Partner closely with Field and Project Managers to provide seamless support to employees and customers.
- Lead and coordinate efforts related to safety, recruiting, training, estimating, contracts, snow removal, and branch operations.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and support to team members while holding employees accountable to company standards and expectations.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
- Mentor team members and help them reach their full potential through effective communication, coaching, and leadership.
Customer & Client Relationships
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Work with the branch team to understand client needs and consistently deliver exceptional service.
- Partner with Field and Project Managers to proactively address customer concerns and identify opportunities to improve service.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and business development.
Financial & Business Management
- Manage branch budgeting, forecasting, and expenses to support profitability and long-term growth.
- Collaborate with the company’s Leadership team to analyze financial reports and develop strategies to improve branch performance.
- Support estimating, contracts, sales, and business development efforts.
- Identify opportunities for growth, including cross-selling and expanding services with existing and prospective clients.
Safety & Compliance
- Promote and maintain a strong culture of safety throughout the branch.
- Enforce company safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct and support regular safety training and education.
- Monitor compliance and take proactive steps to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Professional Development
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities related to field operations, management, sales, business development, and industry-specific topics.
- Participate in company meetings and training opportunities, including sales, departmental, and cross-selling meetings.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and opportunities that can contribute to branch growth and operational excellence.
Education & Experience
- Associate degree in Management or a related field OR a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer relations.
- Experience in landscaping, snow removal, construction, facilities management, or a related service industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong understanding of customer service, business development, and financial management.

- Ability to travel within the designated territory as needed.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as required for the position.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
