*Responsibilities*
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage the front desk by answering phone calls, emails, and in-person and online inquiries, checking in, checkout.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Manage daily operational duties to include cleaning and laundry service
- Provide support and direction to staff as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
*Experience*
- Experience in hotel service and/or hospitality industry a plus.

Position Summary
The Esthetician provides exceptional skin care treatments and client experiences that reflect the values and standards of Spa Uʻilani. You will be a trusted expert in skin health and wellness, helping clients look and feel their best while supporting the overall success and ambiance of the spa.
Position Overview
The Esthetician is responsible for providing advanced facial and skin care treatments, educating clients on home care and product recommendations, and maintaining a clean, safe, and relaxing environment. This role also includes supporting retail sales goals and participating in marketing and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform customized facial treatments and advanced skin care services including, but not limited to, hydrafacials, microchanneling, enzyme treatments, chemical peels, LED therapy, and more.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and home care products.
- Educate clients on proper skin care routines to promote long-term results.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience by maintaining a calm, welcoming, and professional environment.
- Achieve and exceed retail sales goals through product knowledge, recommendations, and upselling.
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with spa standards and State Board regulations.
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education.
- Support spa promotions, events, and social media content as needed.
- Adhere to all Spa Uʻilani policies, procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Current Esthetician license in the State of Hawaiʻi.
- 1–2 years of professional experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for skin health, wellness, and client service.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth.
