Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Franchise Development professional to spearhead the growth and expansion of our franchise network. In this energetic role, you will manage a paid marketing strategy, build strong relationships with prospective franchisees, guide candidates through a full cycle sales/education process, and support strategic initiatives to accelerate franchise development. Your expertise in franchise sales and business development will be essential to fostering a vibrant franchise community.
Base Salary + Commissions = $100k+ combined package with additional upside potential.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new franchise candidates through targeted lead generation and sales efforts.
- Manage the end-to-end franchise sales process, including initial lead engagement, candidate qualification, hosting discovery days, territory negotiations, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees, providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment journey.
- Utilize HubSpot to track leads, manage pipeline activity, and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing support to franchisees post-sale, ensuring successful onboarding, training, and management of their operations.
Skills
- Proven experience in franchise sales or similar.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close complex deals effectively.
- Expertise in social and digital paid marketing strategies that drive franchise growth and brand awareness.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a franchisee-centric approach to relationship building.
- Knowledge of compliance principles to ensure state and federal regulations are followed.
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and a franchisee-centric mentality.
