Bill Ragan Roofing Company is hiring a Job Site Supervisor in Nashville, TN. Pay is $50,000 to $65,000 per year with a company vehicle provided. You will be the boots-on-the-ground presence on residential roofing jobs, starting crews, holding the line on quality, and keeping homeowners in the loop.
Who You Are:
- You take pride in a job done right and notice the details before they become problems
- You are a clear communicator who keeps homeowners informed and crews aligned
- You are coachable and treat feedback as fuel to get better
- You believe in showing up on time and doing what you said you would do
- You bring construction experience (roofing experience is a plus, not required)
- You bring a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, and you are comfortable working outdoors in all weather

What You Will Do Each Day:
- Start jobs with crews and confirm the work is set up correctly from day one
- Monitor crew progress and flag issues to leadership
- Keep every job site clean, safe, and professionally presented
- Communicate with homeowners clearly and proactively throughout the job
- Document job progress in CompanyCam and report status to the office daily
- Learn BRRC installation standards and represent the company on every site
