Job Title: Warehouse Lead
Location: On-site, Princeton, NJ
Compensation: $23–25/hr
Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary (approximately 3 months)
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to support warehouse operations during a maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse leadership experience, be forklift certified, and be comfortable leading a small team in a warehouse environment.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise a team of approximately five warehouse associates.
- Coordinate workflow to ensure daily production and shipping goals are met.
- Operate forklifts to safely move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
- Assemble boxes and prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness.
- Train, mentor, and support warehouse team members as needed.
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Current forklift certification required; candidates willing to recertify will also be considered.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ability to lift and move boxes throughout shift.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
