AUTOMOTIVE FRONT COUNTER ASSISTANT
Autologic of Virginia, a locally owned and operated automotive repair facility, is looking for a motivated, dependable person who wants to build a career with a growing business!
We are hiring a Front Counter Assistant to support our front office operations. No automotive industry experience is required as we are willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly proficient with computers, and capable of adapting to new software quickly.

Duties:
Answer incoming phone calls to assist customers with scheduling services and provide status updates.
Warmly welcome and check-in customers while maintaining high customer service standards.
Complete walk-around inspections of customer vehicles.
Assist with creating service orders, accurately entering vehicle and customer information into appropriate systems with transparency and professionalism.
Handle cash and credit card transactions, accurately process payments.
Receive parts orders and dispatch parts to technicians.
Assist with maintaining an organized, clean and professional front office area.
Requirements:
Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently
Professional personal appearance
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
Must be tech savvy - able to utilize web based programs to enter information
Previous experience with answering phones in a professional setting

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
