This on-site role offers a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of alarm systems and providing top-notch customer service. What You’ll Do:
- Manage incoming calls while navigating alarm software
- Follow detailed instructions to handle alarm calls accurately and efficiently
- Ensure the confidentiality of customer information at all times
- Respond to alarm signals quickly and efficiently
