Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Quality Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems aligned with ISO 13485 (medical device quality management), ISO 9001 (quality management systems), FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and other relevant standards.
- Support quality audits internally and externally to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and control checks throughout the manufacturing process to identify deviations or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions effectively.
- Participate in project management activities related to quality improvement initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
- Analyze data from quality control tests, inspection reports, and audit findings to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality procedures, audit reports, inspection records, and compliance reports to ensure transparency and traceability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of quality control, inspection, assurance, and management principles.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP standards, and quality systems is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to perform quality audits and analyze complex data sets for continuous improvement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent analysis skills combined with attention to detail to identify issues early and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes, manufacturing workflows, and quality management tools.
