Reputable Commercial Litigation Law Firm is seeking an experienced Attorney with Foreclosure and/or Bankruptcy experience. Candidates must have 3+ years of commercial litigation experience and an active New Jersey and/or New York Bar license in good standing.
Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery and depositions, attending hearings and mediations, and managing cases through resolution. Trial experience is a plus.
