Center for Pain Medicine is an independent interventional pain practice in Fargo, North Dakota committed to delivering highly effective cutting-edge therapies for patients with spine and joint related pain. CPM Ambulatory Surgery Center is accredited by Joint Commission and provides the optimal environment for performing all interventional pain management procedures including implanting intrathecal drug delivery systems and spinal cord stimulators as well as executing regenerative medicine injection therapy.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate and manage patient care
- Educate patients and their families on, treatment plans, and preventive measures
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks)
- Perform IV insertions and administer medications via various routes
- Provide specialized care in areas such as outpatient hospital or surgery center
- Assist with discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions for patients
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Dakota and Minnesota
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting and/or Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Proficient in eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical record systems
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to take direction from supervisor, physician and/or surgeon
