Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender FOH (Front of House) to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in line with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Assist with food presentation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth service flow
- Process transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms
Experience
- Prior experience working as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting is highly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of cocktail mixing, spirits, wine varieties, and food service operations
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order entry and sales processing
- Experience in fine dining environments or establishments emphasizing hospitality excellence is a plus
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and creating memorable experiences
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and sales transactions processing
