Position Overview
Kingdom Financial Agency is growing our Dallas-Fort Worth team and looking for coachable, motivated people who want to make more money and have more time back. You'll be coached and mentored to help individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most with insurance and annuity products while building toward leadership and long-term growth in your own book of business.
No insurance background required. We provide full licensing guidance, hands-on mentorship, and a proven system.

Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through referrals, warm outreach, and provided lead systems
- Conduct virtual and in-person consultations to identify client protection needs
- Present tailored insurance and retirement solutions using company-provided scripts and presentation tools
- Complete applications and manage client follow-up
- Attend weekly sales and product training
- Build a personal referral network and meet activity goals

Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Reliable phone, computer, and internet access
- Willing to complete state licensing requirements (guidance provided)
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
