NE Home LLC is expanding, and we’re looking for highly motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, talking with people, and controlling their own income.
Unlike selling solar, roofing, windows, or home improvement products, you’ll be helping homeowners discover a simple way to sell their property quickly and without the stress of listing it with a real estate agent.
We purchase houses in any condition, renovate them, and either resell or hold them as long-term investments.
If you’ve been successful knocking doors before, you’ll already have the skills needed to excel in this role.
What You’ll Do
You’ll spend your day working assigned neighborhoods and speaking directly with homeowners.
Your responsibilities include:
- Canvassing residential neighborhoods
- Starting conversations with homeowners
- Identifying potential home sellers
- Explaining our home-buying process
- Qualifying motivated sellers
- Scheduling appointments for our acquisitions team
- Following up with interested homeowners
- Updating notes in our CRM
- Representing NE Home LLC with professionalism and integrity
No real estate experience is required—we provide the training.
