Duties:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Assist with medical procedures, such as wound care and sterile processing
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
- Assist with physical examinations and other diagnostic procedures
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
