What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist patients throughout their visit
- Perform simple vision testing before the doctor sees the patient
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and process payments
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims
- Help patients select eyewear that fits their vision needs and personal style
- Adjust, fit, and dispense eyeglasses
Who We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive, and dependable
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
- Retail, healthcare, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
- Optical experience, Revolution EHR, or certification is a bonus
