Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Print Operator to join our vibrant manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various printing and finishing equipment, ensuring high-quality output for printed goods. Your expertise in digital printing will be essential to delivering visually stunning products that meet client specifications. Duties
- Set up and operate printing machinery
- Manage prepress tasks such as file preparation, color check.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and resolve issues related to print quality, alignment, or material defects.
- Maintain safety standards by operating forklifts and machining tools responsibly while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Support the manufacturing process by handling materials efficiently, including loading/unloading substrates with forklifts when necessary.
- Cross training on other machinery will be necessary
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or print environment.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures specific to printing and manufacturing industries.
- Ability to operate printing machinery and other relevant tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
