We are expanding rapidly in the area and hiring Client Support Associates to support a major fiber internet and telecommunications campaign. Due to increased demand for high-speed internet services, we are looking for individuals who can deliver strong customer service while driving sales and account growth through direct customer interaction.
Client Support Associate Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service by working directly with customers to explain fiber internet and telecommunications services
- Assist customers with account setup, enrollment, service selection, and activations
- Recommend the best sales solutions based on customer needs and usage
- Answer customer questions related to plans, pricing, and service features
- Generate new sales opportunities through proactive customer interaction
- Track customer accounts, enrollments, and sales activity accurately
- Support ongoing customer service and sales goals on a daily and weekly basis
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience in every interaction
As a Client Support Associate, you will work directly with customers to provide support, explain fiber internet services, and guide them through the sales and enrollment process. This role combines customer service and sales, giving you the opportunity to build real experience while working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
