Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on wireless products and plans
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure stock levels are replenished regularly
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a wireless store such as Metro by T mobile, Boost and Cricket.
- Strong communication skills, bilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
