Duties
- Assist in managing daily community operations, including leasing activities, resident relations, and maintenance coordination
- Support lease or rental agreement management by preparing contracts, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Utilize property management tools such as Yardi and OneSite to maintain accurate records of resident information, rent payments, and service requests
- Handle client communication with professionalism via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate property maintenance activities and oversee facilities management to ensure a safe, clean, and attractive environment
- Contribute to budgeting efforts by tracking expenses and assisting with financial reporting related to property operations
- Manage conflict resolution with residents or vendors using effective conflict management techniques and negotiation skills
Experience
- Previous experience in property management or real estate administrative roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms is essential
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Section 8 housing programs, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and Fair Housing regulations is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities through strong organizational skills including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Proven customer service experience with excellent phone etiquette and client relationship management skills
- Experience in leasing or rental agreement processes along with basic office experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle conflict situations professionally while maintaining positive relationships with residents and team members

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
