I'm a top-producing luxury real estate professional seeking a licensed Realtor® to support my growing Albuquerque business approximately 15 hours per week.
This role includes operations support, assisting with listings, hosting open houses, coordinating with vendors, showing homes and supporting transactions.
Ideal for a licensed agent seeking flexibility, mentorship, real-world experience, and exposure to luxury real estate.
Compensation: $20–$35 per hour depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.

Duties
- Support the day-to-day operations of a luxury real estate business
- Assist with listing preparation and property launch activities
- Show homes to prospective buyers as needed
- Host open houses and broker tours
- Coordinate property access for inspectors, contractors, photographers, and other vendors
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and cooperating brokers
- Monitor deadlines and help ensure smooth transaction progress
- Represent the brand with professionalism and exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Valid real estate license in good standing with applicable licensing boards
- Knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and legal procedures relevant to property transactions
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to build trust and rapport with clients
- Prior real estate administrative experience is preferred for efficient workflow management but not required
Pay: $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
