At Red Truck Bakery, our Barista serve as the essential first point of contact for our guests, embodying our commitment to exceptional hospitality and quality. This dynamic role incorporates expert barista responsibilities, requiring a passion for crafting premium coffee and espresso beverages while delivering an elevated guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver impeccable hospitality and provide knowledgeable, courteous service
-Expertly prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee and espresso-based beverages to the highest Red Truck Bakery standards
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and front-of-house areas to ensure operational excellence.
- Managing register transactions, taking and processing orders in person and over the phone.
-Restocking bakery, retail and cooler displays
-Understand and share our menu offerings, including dietary considerations, daily specials, seasonal items, coffee blends, and ingredient sourcing to enhance guest interactions.
-Adhere to all Red Truck Bakery policies, procedures, and professional dress code, consistently presenting a polished appearance.
Qualifications:
-1–2 years of barista experience in a high-volume, quality-focused café setting, with demonstrated expertise in espresso preparation and coffee craftsmanship.
-Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience aligned with Red Truck Bakery’s hospitality standards.
-Reliable ability to commute and work flexible schedules, including a minimum of four shifts per week, accommodating up to 10-hour shifts, with readiness to work across both Red Truck Bakery locations as needed.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
