We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinic Physician (MD/DO) to join our team and help meet the growing healthcare needs of our community.
As a Clinic Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care. You will work collaboratively with nursing staff, specialists, and support teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuity of care.
This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on community health while contributing to clinical excellence and program development.
- Provide direct patient care including physical exams, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment
- Prescribe medications and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Manage both acute and chronic conditions across a defined patient population
- Promote preventative care, health education, and wellness initiatives
- Refer patients to specialists and ancillary services as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Direct and coordinate care activities of nursing and support staff
- Train and supervise medical students and residents, as appropriate
- Support clinical program development or specialty service lines
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance programs
- Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain high standards for safety, infection control, and patient care quality
- Participate in health promotion and community outreach initiatives
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- 3–5 years of directly related clinical experience
(Residency training in a relevant specialty may be considered)
- Current Federal DEA Certification
- Active Medical License (Colorado or eligible)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in a relevant specialty
