Lead the design and implementation of complex mechanical HVAC systems, including air handling, chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, dehumidification, controls, and utility systems
Serve as Project Lead through all project phases, including feasibility studies, building assessments, basis of design reports, and detailed engineering documentation
Manage project scope, budgets, staffing requirements, schedules, and technical deliverables in partnership with Project Managers
Oversee and mentor engineering and design teams, reviewing work products and ensuring quality, code compliance, and design excellence
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years leading or supervising engineers and designers on multidisciplinary project teams.
10+ years of mechanical engineering and HVAC design experience within the building design industry.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
Proficiency with engineering design software and drafting platforms such as AutoCAD and Revit, including load calculation and energy analysis tools
Strong expertise in HVAC and utility generation systems, applicable building codes, and construction processes.
