Blue Suede Express is now hiring Full-Time FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers in the Pearl, MS area.

Pay
Starting at $130 per day
$15 per day attendance and performance incentive available

Terminal Location
Drivers will operate out of the FedEx Ground terminal located at:
1549 Old Whitfield Rd, Pearl, MS 39208
Drivers will deliver packages to local residences and businesses using company-provided delivery trucks.
Schedule
- Monday and Friday required
- One weekday off (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
- Weekend work required
- 5–6 days per week available
- Shifts begin 7:30 AM and run until deliveries are completed (typically around 5:30 PM)
Driver Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- 1 year of driving experience (DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, delivery driving, etc. counts)
- Ability to pass a drug test (includes cannabis, Delta-8, certain CBD products)
- Ability to pass a DOT physical exam (paid by employer)
- Background check required
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 150 lbs with a dolly
CDL is NOT required
Experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL, Walmart, Uber, Lyft, or other delivery services is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Arrive at the FedEx terminal to pick up delivery vehicle and packages
- Load and unload packages from the delivery truck
- Deliver packages safely and efficiently within the assigned service area
- Scan and track packages using the delivery scanner
