Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartender/Mixologist to elevate our beverage service and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our menu fresh, exciting, and aligned with current trends.
- Engage with guests warmly, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage POS systems such as Toast POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to support food service operations during busy periods or special events like banquets and catering functions.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance multiple orders while maintaining high-quality service.
- Stay knowledgeable about beverage trends, spirits, wine varieties, brewing techniques, and food industry standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced hospitality environment, preferably within fine dining or upscale venues.
- Extensive cocktail crafting skills with a strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer styles including craft beer experience, and beverage recipe development.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for processing orders efficiently.
- Solid understanding of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and sanitation standards in food service settings.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality industry experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with effective time management and organizational skills.
- Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
