This role operates with a clear mandate: secure assets, enforce rights, and protect capital. We offer a compensation structure that rewards outcomes, pairing a $100k base with a performance bonus that targets total compensation at $200k. You will report directly to the CFO in our Rockwall office.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
- Experience with residential title work and closing documents.
Experience
- Background in hearings, motions, or trials.
- Demonstrated ability to view legal issues through a financial lens.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review Promissory Notes and Deeds of Trust.
- Manage lien enforcement and foreclosure proceedings.
- Represent the company in court to protect assets.
- Review residential title commitments to assess risk.
- Handle probate claims and real estate security instruments.
The Operational Standard We are a 40-year-old healthcare organization that prioritizes direct action. This position offers the stability of an established firm with the autonomy typically found in solo practice. You will be focusing entirely on the legal and financial health of the portfolio.
Compensation & Schedule
- Base Salary: $100k
- Target Total Comp: $200k (Base + Performance Bonus)
- Schedule: Full-time (4 Days In-Office / 1 Day Remote)
