Facility: Carlisle Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Carlisle Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for a contract assignment on the day shift. If you're a strong clinical leader with long-term care experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay: $62/hour
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff on the assigned unit.
- Coordinate and oversee resident care plans.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families.
- Monitor clinical documentation and quality standards.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and staff education.
- Promote a safe and positive environment for residents and staff.
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania RN license.
- Previous RN Unit Manager or nursing leadership experience preferred.
- Long-term care/skilled nursing experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
