Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician / Lead to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift.
You will help keep production equipment running safely and efficiently by troubleshooting equipment problems, performing repairs, completing preventive maintenance, and supporting the production team.
This is a hands-on position that is a good fit for someone with industrial, manufacturing, machine maintenance, or mechanical experience who is ready to take on additional responsibility.
Strong mechanical experience is important. Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or PLC systems is a plus.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing and production equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment problems.
- Work on motors, pumps, conveyors, sensors, controls, and other production equipment.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime.
- Perform basic welding and fabrication repairs when needed.
- Read and use mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Use diagnostic tools such as meters and other maintenance equipment.
- Complete maintenance records and work orders.
- Work closely with Production and Operations to resolve equipment issues.
- Help support and train other maintenance employees.
- Keep the maintenance area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Previous industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, or maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to diagnose and repair equipment problems.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic experience is a plus.
- Ability to read mechanical or electrical schematics is a plus.
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
- Welding/fabrication experience is a plus.
- Previous lead or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions when equipment problems occur.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team.

3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Overtime may be required based on production needs.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work overtime when required.
- Must be able to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
