Elevated Living Advisory
Junior Real Estate Agent
Part-Time | Approximately 20 Hours WeeklyNashville, TN
About Elevated Living Advisory
Elevated Living Advisory is a Nashville-based real estate team known for design-driven listings, thoughtful storytelling, and a highly curated client experience. We specialize in residential real estate where architecture, lifestyle, and marketing matter. We operate fast, wear a lot of hats, and believe details matter.
We're looking for a motivated, service-minded Real Estate Field Intern to support our partner agents and team operations. This role is ideal for someone licensed or actively pursuing their real estate license who wants real-world exposure and is willing to learn through action.
This role is designed for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how a high-performing real estate team operates behind the scenes. While this is not a lead-generation role, it is an opportunity to gain meaningful industry experience, build relationships, and grow through proximity and execution.
Responsibilities and autonomy will grow over time through trust, consistency, initiative, and strong execution.
How We Work
We're a team that believes trust is built through follow-through. We value initiative over titles and consistency over hype.
No task is beneath anyone here. Some days involve strategy meetings and beautiful listings. Other days involve carrying signs, setting up broker opens, meeting vendors, solving last-minute problems, or making runs across town.
We believe growth comes from showing up, staying curious, creating value, and earning opportunities through action.
If your instinct is to wait for direction, this likely won't be the right fit.
If your instinct is to ask, "What can I take off your plate?" you'll probably thrive.
Role Overview
This internship is designed as a hands-on learning opportunity with the potential to evolve into a long-term role for the right person. This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and field-focused. Working closely with the partner agents and Listing & Client Experience Coordinator, you'll help keep the day-to-day machine running.
Days may involve property runs, showing assistance, helping with listing preparation, meeting vendors, solving last-minute problems, assisting with team projects, or helping execute listing launches, open houses, and marketing initiatives.
You'll gain exposure to luxury listings, client experience, marketing strategy, staging preparation, broker events, and the fast-moving reality of residential real estate.
No two days look exactly the same.
We're looking for someone who sees a full plate and instinctively asks, "How can I help?"
