A residential services organization is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse in Manhattan, New York. This role provides clinical oversight, medication support, staff training, and coordination of healthcare needs for individuals in a residential group home setting.

Shift: Day shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Setting: Residential group home
Responsibilities:

Provide medical oversight and support for residential program participants

Participate in the assessment, planning, and implementation of medical care

Administer and monitor medications in accordance with physician orders and agency policies

Train and support direct care staff on medical protocols and procedures

Monitor medical appointments, follow-up care, and ongoing healthcare needs
Qualifications:

Active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse license

Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Desired Skills:

Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

Med/Surg experience

Experience in residential, group home, OPWDD, behavioral health, or long-term care settings
