Nationwide Agent Manager
Location: St. Louis, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift
Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Nationwide Agent Manager to support and grow our nationwide logistics agent network. This role serves as a key liaison between agent partners, operations, customer experience, accounting, and sales teams to ensure successful execution of time-sensitive logistics services across multiple markets.
The ideal candidate has experience in transportation, logistics, vendor management, or courier operations and thrives in a fast-paced environment where communication, accountability, and operational efficiency are critical.
Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and manage nationwide agent partners to support operational coverage and service performance

Identify new agent opportunities through industry research, referrals, databases, and market analysis

Maintain agent relationships and communication through Zoho CRM and internal systems

Negotiate pricing, rates, and contractual agreements based on operational and market needs

Collaborate with operations, customer experience, sales, billing, and accounting teams to support customer satisfaction and service execution

Monitor and manage agent performance through KPI reviews, coaching conversations, RCCA documentation, and follow-up communication

Support resolution of shipment issues, service failures, and operational escalations

Develop and maintain onboarding and training programs using Trainer Central and related platforms

Coordinate onboarding activities, system setup, and ongoing training for agents and drivers

Train agents on customer portals, compliance expectations, operational procedures, and software systems

Maintain agent profiles, pricing documentation, and operational records within TMS and CRM systems

Audit billing, invoicing, and pricing information to ensure accuracy and compliance with negotiated rates

Assist with customer RFP support, pricing collection, and strategic operational initiatives

Collaborate on warehouse inventory coordination and operational supply needs as required

Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and service quality enhancement
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred

2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, vendor management, operations coordination, or related field required

Transportation industry experience required

Time-sensitive logistics or courier operations experience strongly preferred

Experience negotiating pricing and managing vendor or agent relationships preferred

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail, especially regarding billing, auditing, and pricing accuracy

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint

Experience with CRM software, transportation management systems (TMS), or logistics platforms preferred

Experience with CXT software is a plus

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
