Anchor Health Homecare Services is a rapidly growing agency dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to individuals in their homes. We are currently seeking an experienced Field Recruiter to join our team and support our caregiver recruitment efforts in the Westchester area.
Job Summary:
The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified caregivers and home health aides to meet the needs of our expanding client base. This is a field-based role that requires strong interpersonal skills, recruitment experience in the homecare industry, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Actively source and recruit home health aides and caregivers within Westchester County
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and referral partners
- Conduct interviews, assist candidates with onboarding paperwork, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Represent Anchor Health at job fairs and local recruitment events
- Collaborate with the HR and compliance teams to meet weekly hiring goals
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and candidate status
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting for homecare or healthcare roles is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is REQUIRED !!!
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and onboarding platforms
