Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns
- Conduct sales administration tasks, including processing applications and updating customer records
- Market insurance products to potential clients through telemarketing and other sales channels
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining insurance policies and coverage options
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed
- Maintain knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
Skills:
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (Spanish preferred)
- Experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong sales administration skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Ability to market insurance products effectively to target audiences
- Excellent telemarketing skills, with the ability to engage potential clients over the phone
- Strong negotiation skills to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to address client needs and provide solutions
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role is a plus
