S&H Glass Systems is a small but rapidly growing commercial glazing contractor serving Southern California. We specialize in storefronts, curtain wall systems, aluminum entrances, glass doors, railings, shower enclosures, mirrors, windows, and custom glazing solutions.
We're looking for a motivated Commercial Glass & Glazing Project Manager / Estimator who wants to be part of something bigger than just another job. Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates and competitive bid proposals
- Perform detailed material takeoffs from plans and specifications
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Manage awarded projects from kickoff through closeout
- Coordinate material procurement and vendor pricing
- Communicate with general contractors, architects, owners, and suppliers
- Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and profitability
- Conduct occasional job site visits to ensure quality and project progress
- Support the growth and continuous improvement of our estimating and project management processes
Experience Preferred

- Interior Glass Systems
- Glass Replacement
- Custom Commercial Glazing
Qualifications
- Commercial glazing estimating and/or project management experience
- Ability to read architectural plans, specifications, and shop drawings
- Experience performing material takeoffs and preparing bid proposals
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and construction management software
- Experience with Procore is a plus
- Valid driver's license
